Charcoal Cooked 300g Ribeye

Selwyn produces some of the best beef in the country, which is why Maddison Eastery decided to celebrate this by cooking ribeye farmed in West Melton. Using an authentic approach with fire to grill the ribeye which locks in the ribeye's distinctive flavour. Accompanied by a simple but delicious kumara puree. Kumara is kiwi staple, and when served in the form of crisps, it adds texture as well as taste, topped with a smokey bone marrow.
