With two main local producers featured, each slice is full of succulent pieces of cold smoked Venison layered atop a creamy bed of Havarti cheese. 

Adding a delightful twist, plump cranberries steeped in aromatic red berry tea infuse each bite with a burst of sweetness and warmth. This gourmet pizza offers just the right combination of savory and sweet.

Based in Tai Tapu and owned by an experienced venison farmer, Merchant of Venison supply the highest quality venison meat to restaurants, supermarkets and butcheries across Canterbury and New Zealand. Their deer are farm raised, grass fed and free from hormones or antibiotics.
