Tai Tapu Hotel’s Steamed Fish is a harmonious blend of fresh local flavours and textures. Featuring soft potatoes and steamed fish coated in a delicious sauce, a concoction of olive oil and white wine, topped with fresh herbs, spices and microgreens.
