Summer Love Gelato

What do you get when you mix sparkling ro with gelato and pair it with a croissant made with local flour? A scrumptious dessert called Selwyn Summer Love.

A new favourite set to stay on Helado’s menu forever in support of local producers and to grow together with Selwyn.

Indulge in this delightful duo of sophistication and sweetness; a velvety gelato infused with the effervescence of sparkling wine. With each bite, the gelato melts against the flaky, golden layers of the freshly baked croissant, creating a divine fusion of textures and flavours.
