This is a perfect opportunity to promote a high-end locally sourced 'Canterbury favourite' dish and showcase the expertise of their talented chefs. 

The dish features a medley of locally bought roasted flavours, including the richness of pine nuts and parsley, velvety pea purée, delicate pea shoots, with a touch of sweetness in honey-roasted carrots and the crispy texture of onion bhajis on the side.
