From pasture to plate, Mrs Ferg Burger was born.

Inspired by owners Tom and Rachel Fergusons desire to plate up their grass feed canterbury lamb on their menu at Dalethorpe House. 

Featuring Mediterranean flavours, the succulent lamb patty, infused with fragrant rosemary and garlic, takes centre stage, delivering a symphony of aromatic delights. 

Smashed between a soft bun, it's paired perfectly with house-made tzatziki, a creamy and tangy sauce that adds a refreshing zing to each mouthful. Crispy lettuce provides a satisfying crunch, while on the side, the smashed potatoes offer a comforting accompaniment, perfectly seasoned and irresistibly crispy.
