A purple delight in Dunsandel

They bought the farm in 2019 from Philip Simms and Owen Dexter who had turned their dream of producing the most natural and highest quality essential lavender oil in the world, into a reality. The farm was recognised for it's success earning first place in 2010’s Australia Lavender Growers’ Association Oil.

Before purchasing the farm, Dr Jiang had a great curiosity and love for lavender. After suffering from recurrent mouth ulcers for nearly 40 years with no effective remedies, he tried NZLavender essential oil directly on the ulcers, and experienced pain-relief and tremendous healing effects. After a few months, his mouth ulcers were cured!

Each lavender plant can be irrigated by glacial groundwater from the Southern Alps and each plant is nourished by fresh, pollution-free air and soil. And once the sun comes out, these lavender plants sure do cherish the rays!

Just as Philip and Owen planned it to be, Dr Jiang and Mrs. Wang can confirm that NZLavender oil is still 100% pure and natural. No herbicides or insecticides have been applied to the plants and the field is hand-weeded to prevent contamination. A big job, but worth it!
