We are a family run Microgreens business. We grow beautiful spray-free Microgreens for health and flavour. We deliver for free and run weekly subscriptions to get your power packed nutrition to your door.

We have a beautiful property in Motukarara that was formerly known as the Iris gardens. We want to really live and work from our home and we are also super passionate about locally grown nutrient dense food.

Microgreens are a perfect fit! They pack 40 times more nutrients than their fully grown vege selves and kids just love the peashoots and broccoli sprouts. They have an immune boosting quality and give health from the inside out.

While we have been starting our business we have been eating tons of microgreens for testing and tasting and I love how we didn't need to buy or pick as many veges this winter.

This great wee business fits in nicely with our other businesses of living well, www.wildmedicine.nz and www.veggiegardener.nz.
