Featuring wagyu beef patty, taken from a Japanese breed of cattle. The wagyu beef patty, salad, cheese and sauce gets wedged between a soft croissant burger baked by Rolleston French-New Zealand bakery Ma Petite Bakery. To finish this simple, but satisfying dish, hand cut chips made from Oakley’s potatoes are added on the side.
