Cheeseman offers a rare blend of rustic charm and functional design in a remote alpine setting. Their lodges accommodate overnight stays and are ideal for both serene retreats and lively celebrations. Whether you're planning a relaxed workshop, an intimate wedding, a big bash, or a reflective retreat, this venue offers both privacy and versatility.

This is an ideal for gatherings such as milestone birthdays, 21sts, reunions, conferences, retreats, education camps, or weddings. Their two lodges—the rustic Snowline Lodge and the contemporary Day Lodge—are nestled in the alpine terrain, providing both scenic charm and functional flexibility. 

• Snowline Lodge: Accommodates up to 68 people in bunk-style rooms, featuring a commercial kitchen and open-plan dining/lounge. 
• Day Lodge: A modern, versatile venue with wifi, large TV, café-style kitchen, seating for up to 100, and layout adaptable to presentations, socializing, dancing, or creative pursuits. 

Since the lodges are adjacent, guests can enjoy festive celebrations in the Day Lodge while others relax quietly in the snug lounge area of Snowline Lodge. 

Availability: Exclusively available between October 31 and April 30. Outside winter, bookings require both lodges together, while winter pricing depends on per-night or per-person rates. 

Pricing: Snowline Lodge starts at NZD 1,000 per night (approx. NZD 40 per person for 25 guests), with Day Lodge priced similarly.

Catering: Generally self-catered in warmer months (spring, summer, autumn). Options to hire chefs are available on request. BYO is permitted, and cleaning services may be arranged at extra cost. 

Sound & Entertainment: Bluetooth speakers and microphones can be provided, and DJs are available through arrangement.
