Brioche French Toast

Maddison Eatery’s popular French toast returns to their menu after a six-month hiatus.

Supporting their old friends at Coalgate Honey and making new friends with White Heart, both local producers and Maddison Eatery come together to craft an indulgent breakfast masterpiece.

Each slice of brioche bread is soaked in a luxurious mixture of eggs and aromatic cinnamon, ensuring a rich and flavourful base. Sprinkled with sweet toppings of lightly poached fruits, drizzled honey and a cocoa cranberry topper infused with hazelnuts for an irresistible crunch.

The lemon-infused mascarpone adds a tangy twist to awaken your senses and the crispy bacon balances the sweetness with its smoky flavour, for a savoury finish.

Nutritional Farm

Nutritional Farm is based in Dunsandel surrounded by nature, yet with easy access to everything, supplying nutritious eggs.

The way they farm is to "pastured" standards, different to the current standards in New Zealand. "Pastured" farming means the animal is living on pasture. It implements higher animal welfare and more sustainable practices.

They aim to give their hens the best quality of life, by rearing their own chicks from one day old and taking them all the way through to laying birds.
