Quickenberry Guesthouse

Hot smoked salmon, cabbage, baby pepper salsa and beetroot for an entrée or mousse of Manuka honey, hazelnut parfait and honeydew friandise for dessert. 

The salmon in this dish is from Hororata's Sovereign Salmon, while the vegetables are supplied by Oakley's.

High Peak Station produces honey for the dish and the hazelnut products come from Hazelz New Zealand.

To experience dining at Quickenberry, you must be booked in to stay overnight. Please get in touch with Robert and Christine to arrange your accommodation and dining package. The food served has received many awards and is based on local produce and ingredients.
