King Salmon with Peppered Bacon and Crumbed Eggs

Bacon and eggs, put it on some bread, add some hot seasonal spiced salmon, with a dollop of hollandaise and you've got a tasty brunch coming your way. As you tuck in, you can really taste the freshness of local produce, eggs laid in Burnham, bread baked at Darfield Bakery, bacon procured at Darfield Village Meats and salmon from Sovereign Salmon in Hororata.

The chefs wanted to bring a new kind of flair to the Selwyn district by showcasing as many local producers as they could, to highlight these unique flavours.
