Temple Basin offers catered accommodation and has 3 rope tows in Arthur's Pass National Park. It is a club ski field which means it is run by volunteers and any operational profits go back into maintaining and running the ski area. Access to the ski area is via a walking track that generally takes around 45 minutes. A goodslift is available to carry bags, skis, and other equipment up to the ski lodge. The lodge is comfortable with heaters, hot showers, a drying room, a bar, a full time chef, and bunk room style accommodation and can host up to 65 guests.
