Sink your teeth into Langdale's Spelt and Schnitzel Freestyle Sandwich.

The bread is grilled to perfection and then filled with pickles, salad greens, fried crumbed beef schnitzel and layered with some of West Melton’s finest ingredients.

Inspired by Les Delices high quality spelt bread loaf and a personal love of good schnitzel, Chef Lauren Carmichael creates this gourmet sandwich splashing it with some walnut dressing, a mix of walnuts from local Trickett's Grove and Hometrees olive oil.
