Porters Lodge

Cauliflower florets bathed in rich buttermilk and crisp coated with gold cornflour. Served with punchy paprika mayo and fresh herbs. Just one element of the new snack menu.

Ingredients in the elements in this dish include free range eggs from Little Red Farm.

Chill out by the fire, or on the sun deck, with a local Cassels craft beer, a glass of fine wine or an awesome Underground Coffee.
