2 Gerald Street, Lincoln
Lincoln is the home of the Famous Grouse Hotel and has been for over 140 years. Still standing in the same spot as it was in 1868, with a recent earthquake rebuild, the pub is considered the bustling hub of Lincoln, with meals created from locally sourced produce and a good selection of beers. The Famous Grouse is a whisky brewed in Perthshire Scotland, which links the hotel back to it's original name, The Perthshire Arms; named after the place the original owner, Andrew Arklie came from.

Seasonal feijoas grown in chef Darrell's garden make for a delicious chutney to compliment the main course of lamb shoulder, that has been slow cooked for 14 hours. Bringing out the divine taste of lamb, this dish also features a medley of colourful vegetables.
