A range of Selwyn produce perfect this tasty dish: roasted carrots, tomatoes and beetroot hummus from Untamed Earth, carrots glazed in Kirwee Bees’ honey and freshly baked bread from Darfield Bakery. Taste of Kiwi’s secret recipe house made beans feature in this dish alongside microgreens, kūmara rosti and roasted mushrooms, with an option to keep the meal vegan or add a poached egg.  
 
The meal’s vegetables reflect the orange hues of autumn leaves and the vibrant peach colours seen early morning as the sun rises over the mountains in Springfield, Taste of Kiwi’s home.
