Created from four local suppliers and growers, Robert Harris has set out to reduce the carbon footprint in creating their Taste Selwyn dish. 
 
Two free range eggs from Midlife Eggs in Burnham are poached to perfection, coated in rich Hollandaise sauce, garnished with thyme and Tai Tapu Brown Acres microgreens, placed on top of an English muffin base or hash browns as a gluten free option. 
 
The finishing touches to this dish includes spinach from Selwyn producers South Coast Limited and sautéed mushrooms from Greendale Mushrooms.
