Vension Fillet

Melton Estate’s Venison Fillet dish is full of flavour, enhanced by their house made Melton Estate Pinot Noir jus, produced from grapes grown in their own vineyard.  
 
The venison comes from Selwyn producer Merchant of Venison and is prepared by Melton Estate’s own curing and smoking processes. 
 
Added to the plate is a courgette roulade, spiced cauliflower puree, roasted baby tomatoes and honey infused Manuka smoked baby kūmara, made from local honey.
