A cooking demonstration with Lauren Carmichael from Langdale Restaurant featuring local Selwyn ingredients. 

This year, Wine Divine will be pairing local wines to the dishes that Lauren creates with wine tasting for attendees on the night. 

All produce used at the demonstration can be purchased at the event directly from the producers and you will be able to take home a recipe card to be able to create the dishes at home.

Goodie bags will be given out with great giveaways.
