Quickenberry is a small guesthouse or lodge in the foothills of Canterbury near the Scenic 72 highway. There are four bedrooms all with lovely views to hills and mountains. There is a lounge, library and dining room. We offer a dinner, bed and breakfast package at a reasonable price. Dinner is a four course meal of delicious local produce like salmon, lamb, vegetables from the garden or foraged fruits such as elderberry, plums or quinces. 

Our location is ideal to discover the central part of the South Island like the Coleridge basin with its many walks to lakes and mountains. Or for day trips to Arthur's Pass, Akaroa or Geraldine.
