High in Waikirikiri Selwyn’s backcountry, beside New Zealand’s largest beech forest in Arthur’s Pass National Park, lies Mt White Station - a vast 40,000-hectare high country farm where rugged landscapes are home to more than 900 beehives .

Mt White Station  our honey captures the essence of this magnificent environment in every jar. Produced in small batches from hives surrounded by alpine tussock, native beech forest and mānuka stands, each variety reflects the wilderness of the station and the care that goes into every harvest.

Shop online via their Farm Shop for nationwide delivery or keep an eye out for on-farm honeycomb sales when available, or visit us at the Ohoka Market every Friday morning.
